In 2024, the goal was to optimize and simplify where possible. One of the areas where we wanted to do both was onboarding.

To keep TRIR numbers low, our teams decided that it would be a good idea to help employees develop a skill and habit of stretching properly.

The knowledge and skill gaps were wide, due to product newness—but we had some fun solutions.
